Zionism is a ideology based on supremacy of one group of people over all others much like Nazism, or even the KKK. It is less than 150 years old, they claim not to be religious, even god gave them all they steal today , 3000 years ago. It was founded in Europe by whites, this is the last vestiges of colonialism.

I see this as political ranting with religious overtones, and instead leans heavily into inflammatory language. This piece is wildly inaccurate: In contemporary discourse, ‘Zionist’ is often misused or weaponised, especially in polemical or conspiratorial contexts. The phrase ‘white Zionist’ in the poem seems to conflate racial and political identities in a way that’s historically inaccurate and emotionally charged. Zionism has always been a diverse movement, including Jews from Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and beyond.

I will say this only once more: Just because I live in SA at the moment, does not define my beliefs. On the subject of the late President Mandela (a bit of respect here, please): I often dined with him when the Parlaiment was in sitting (family connections). Standing up against genocide and a group of people who openly say Palestinians are not humans, is not racism nor hate, it is standing up against hate and racism. How foolish to claim a people with no army, navy or air force are the aggressors against a nuclear power, that kills its own people (yes IDF killed many concert goers, fact checked by Israeli sources) 1 of 1000's of war crimes.

Antisemites use it as a racial slur and its use, especially in the context of this post, is inherently racist and hateful. I blame Joe. He didn’t enforce Trump’s sanctions on Iran and allowed them to sell tens of billions in oil to China to finance all their proxies in the Middle East and their nuclear program. He resumed American aid to Gaza which Trump froze cos Hamas was using it to build tunnels and rockets etc. All this could have been avoided with strong leadership but the lunatics were running the asylum.

You don't seem to be getting the message, ie, whether one calls this racist (I understand the author here is Arab) or whether you call it hate or whether you call it in bad taste it has no business being featured as poem of the day on an international poetry site. Poems targeting individuals and/or groups should NEVER be featured and probably should be banned altogether. Free speech is one thing. Defamation and slander are quite another. Thank you for your polite address below but please give consideration to the sensitivities of the folks who are paying to keep this site active.
