Disassociating Dissonance
They fight a tough battle from the inside / out, feeling like they're trapped in a gray, gloomy world. Even on the sunniest days simple tasks like showering and/or getting dressed can feel like carrying heavy weights uphill. It's almost like they're stuck. Stuck in a cloudy haze, watching everyone else be happy while they're just barely able to keep their heads above water. But they keep fighting, taking one small step at a time.
