I'm like a kid in a candy store right now. I'm excited to be running, which is funny, because a lot of guys dread coming to preseason and sprinting around and working your butt off, but I'm really excited just to be out there with the guys. I really missed it.

A lot of people look at the last preseason game as if it's not important. Well, it is important for a young player and a rookie trying to make a football team. Most teams have to cut down 18 or 15 players and bring eight of them back. So, I think it will be a very competitive game for the most part and I look forward to seeing these young guys play.

It's a great opportunity, though, to teach our guys, and I think that's what it really is. If it was going to happen, it couldn't happen at a better time, the first preseason game. So, you just take it as an opportunity. There is no greater teacher than experience.

We've been a little bit up and down through the preseason, so it's good to end on a positive note. At the same time, you don't want to overlook the things you need to work on.
