As long as there are spring sunrises...buds into roses, kisses into bouquets, chocolates with valentines -- there Love will also blossom...perennial bloom of the Sacred Heart.

If God chooses a person as a model of humbleness, He bestows upon him many blessings. A slice of bread, a glass of milk is not opulence but divine providence. Whenever that person goes, His favor will follow him.

"The poetry of cancer lies not in the disease itself, but in the resilience of the human spirit it unveils. Amidst the shadows of struggle, every heartbeat writes a verse of courage, every breath composes a stanza of hope, transforming pain into a testament of survival and strength."
Don Iannone, Cancer caregiver, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio

All stories written and lived are Light and Dark. Some are geared more towards exposing the light, as they reveal dark. Humour is both Light and Dark; perhaps in some instances humour is borne from dark. To experience Light, dark exposes itself, subtly or confronting. Without night, there is no morning.

If roses' stems have pricky thorns: would their buds sprout with beautiful roses? It's the contrary in the womb of an expecting mother; her womb will bear either gorgeous or deformed babies. Her nurturing is essential to their development and growth. Shouldn't we be grateful to our mothers for having given us a perfect body that the eyes behold?

Wisdom is based on experiences in life,
a poor man can become rich if he learns the essential steps that lead to success, but a wealthy man won't bear the humiliating idea of becoming poor. This is the real conflict between wealth and poverty. The poor man will be still humble if he loses everything, but the rich man will still have his pride and vanity.

We don't write words. We don't paint words. We eat words. Writers, Poets, the Reader, the Inquisitive. The more hungry, the more words eaten. What evolves is the lesson emanating from what is regurgitated. Too full up. After all is said ... and done...do words mean a jot? When the other chapter opens, and the old closes. Sense kicks in.

I too have come to the cave;
within: strange, half-glimpsed forms
and ghostly paradigms of things.
Here, nothing warms
this lightening moment of the dawn,
pale tendrils spreading east.
And I, of all who followed Him,
by far the least . . .
The women take no note of me;
I do not recognize
the men in white, the gardener,
these unfamiliar skies . . .

Agency is simply the ability to do good. There is nothing negative about it. Everyone has choice, even the adversary, for he choses how to carry out his plans. He and his followers put themselves in a position where they cannot, and will not do anything good. Agency is a fruit of the atonement, guarded and again granted unto us because of our faithfulness in our first estate. Now, we must use our agency to act righteously, and not be acted upon, thus successfully fulfilling our second estate.
