What happens when a contest is supposedly judged but "no winners chosen" is recorded. The sponsors name was replaced with poetry soup mail icon. No soup mail received. Contest entry placement N/A. Is this a normal occurrence? I am not familiar with what this is about.
Could someone please shed some light on this? No information on blog site.
