Hello All - I am having difficulty uploading a photo from my PC because of character errors. I am confused because if I browse and then upload a photo, I will always get the invalid / or \ any advice please, Regards Kevin

Check the quality of the image you are trying to upload. Is it a jpeg or gif? I think the system only accepts certain types of documents, and not too big.
