Regarding the Diamante form, you've done it all correctly, except that of course it should be shaped like a diamond. There is some disagreement about proper capitalization in a Diamante, so I won't comment on that.
Spelling error: furr should be fur
As far as content, the Diamante form generally is meant to transition smoothly from Noun-A at the beginning to Noun-B at the end. That is why Noun-A and Noun-B are almost always either synonyms, antonyms, or the same word. The transition from "fur, paws" to "pen, paper" is fairly abrupt except for the alliterative letter "p," mainly because kittens and poetry don't seem to have anything to do with each other (at least not on the surface). So I wouldn't call this a traditional Diamante, but you did follow all the rules of construction for the form.
