What to Submit?
With baseball's spring training set to get underway in just a couple of weeks (although the entirety of the season is unnecessary as it's a foregone conclusion that the 2017 World Series champs will be the Houston Astros) I thought it would be fun to scratch a baseball themed poem from the jock-strap of the muse. Any form of any length is acceptable just so long as the submittal is about the national pasttime. If you're not an American and want to know if you can enter a cricket-themed poem instead....no.
Have some fun with this one! With all this depressing Valentine's stuff coming up it'll be good to lighten the mood. If you have any questions other than the one about cricket please feel free to ask. Play Ball!
