I believe every member [not all, but supposing] have seen the reopened contest of mine that have not been judged yet for a long time. Sorry for taking that long to judge the contest, and I am sure every one will understand. Though all the entry have been read, but winners not chosen yet. I am just giving other members chances to enter or re-enter their submission.
