It's sometimes good to think back to where our poetry journey began. Seeing these works reflects the fact that there was a poet waiting in each of you to be discovered and to grow.

It is my sincere hope that as you all read these lovely poems, you will enjoy some happy memories of your own experiences both at the start and during your poetic journey.

Thank you Andrea. It's so lovely on this site to be able the write, share and inspire each other. The different contests that are set have broadened my horizons a lot when it comes to poetry. It would never had occurred to me to write a poem simply for fun. That it doesn't have to have a purpose. I'm loving all of the inspiration from poetry lovers around the world! :-D :-D Warm Wishes
