Francine Roberts Biography

There really isn't much to tell that hasn't been covered in my poetry. Love this site, love the new friends I've made. I am a single woman, work full time, family grown and on their own. When I was in highschool all I wanted to do was write. Life got in the way. Now I have all the time I need to indulge my passion.

It is with great sadness that I need to post that someone named Leslie has just posted on Don Johnson's facebook page that he has passed away from a sudden illness. He was a lovely man who always had nice, uplifting things to say to everyone, He will be sadly missed. I considered him a friend as I'm sure many of us here do.. I told her that I had posted here to let the poetry soup community know.

oh my goodness. This is such sad news, Francine. I had not visited him in a while. I need to revisit his page and I hope they keep his poetry there. Thanks so much for letting us know!!
