Francine Roberts Biography

There really isn't much to tell that hasn't been covered in my poetry. Love this site, love the new friends I've made. I am a single woman, work full time, family grown and on their own. When I was in highschool all I wanted to do was write. Life got in the way. Now I have all the time I need to indulge my passion.

My quintain contest is finalized , congrats to the five winners. I was extremely disappointed Ian Jones entry was removed, it would have placed. I went looking for it but it seems all his work has been removed. sad.

New contest is posted, please read the contest guidelines carefully , by now you should all know that if you don't follow my rules I will not place you even if your poem is the best gosh darn thing ever written

Oh my gosh, Ian is GONE??? I wish I had time to check all this out but I am on my way out the door. Thanks for informing us, and thanks for my placement. You are the one who introduced me to Quintain, and I want to thank you for that, Francine. congrats to your recent winners and good luck with getting rules followed in your next contest!

Sad about Ian Jones. Lately, lots of poets are removing their poems, or just missing in action. :(
