I'm Back .... Kinda

I know I have been gone for a long time but much has been going on,  Right as I was getting over my pneumonia I had a bad fall. The outcome being a subdural hematoma (a bleed on the brain).  I'm sure it didn't help that I take coumadin (a blood thiner) on a regular basis, and the medicine I was taking to help my pneumonia also helped to thin my blood a little. And when I say a little I mean a lot. A normal blood clotting factor for just anyone would be around a 0-1, for someone like me with a clotting problem they like it to stay around a 2.5-3. When I arrived at the hospital with severe headache and vomiting mine was at a 9.1. That may not seem like much to some, but it's a big problem in the medical world, especially when you are bleeding in your brain. I was automatically put in the hospital for constant guidance and poking and prodding, not to mention the constant CT scans that I will never be able to afford in my life. Well, I'm out now and feeling quite a bit better. The headaches are a constant pain and I am not quite out of the woods yet but it sure feels good to be home. I still have to get the CT scans until the bleed is gone (that should be fun). If for some reason it gets worse they may need to go in for brain surgery. But I prefer to look on the positive side and think I am sure it is getting better! 

One of my biggest concerns is that my writing is suffering.  This has been such a wonderful outlet for me and  all the sudden I can't seem to write anyting.   I am very worried that I may never be able to write again.  Do you think I could have done permanent damage?  I would just be devastated to loose this way of communicating with a group of people that share in my love of the expression of the written word as I do.
