How Ironic that I logged in today

I haven't been here in some months, I got inspired to write today by Pete Seeger's passing, and turns out that this is the last day of the premium membership that has allowed me to sponsor contests and post blogs.  Has been a pleasure doing both and I did finally finalize my last contest.  Some cool poems, and in the morn I will check out who wrote them, but not now because this is a bit of an emotional moment for me and the president's talking and stuff.  I don't have the resources to renew my membership (how I wish I'd bought a lifetime membership when I had funds!!) but I reckon I'll be in and out for the foreseeable future.  Thanks for being so awesome, Poetry Soup.  I really can't express how meaningful your presence has been in my life and how grateful I am for that.
