HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDREA

Wishing you many happy returns of the day and a joyous life ahead.

I came to know through Anita's poem that it is Andrea's birthday. My first thought was to wish her announce it all so that everyone can do the same.

Andrea has been an inspiration to me since I joined soup. Her liveliness, her frank comments, her no pretense personality and above all her helpfulness. She once wrote in a poem about all her health problems. Despite that she is optimistic, cheerful, and manages a job, house and has touched the life of many soupers in a way that is they cannot forget.

My goodness, Rama (sorry I said your name wrong first time). I had no idea you had put this up here until just now. Was checking Soup before going to bed! What a wonderful surprise. Thanks for your kind words about me. Anitha was so sweet to write her acrostic for me too. I thank everyone who came here to wish me a happy birthday. I was born actually when the 5th fell on a Monday, so tomorrow I get to have off from work what was my mother's biggest LABOR day of all!!!
