I am finding that many poems entered in my contest are not following the rules so let me remind you.

date your poem

max lines 19 min 5 lines.

If you wish your poem to be judged please correct to conform with the rules. As many of you know I am a stickler for rules.

Also it is good pratice for independent contests, I also judge in real life where keeping to contest rules is essential  non conforming poems are immediately scrapped without being read as the first thing a judge does is check it conforms then it gets read.

It may sound OTT? to you but standards and rules are important. It is also annoying when you write a lovely poem only to find it is not placed due to rule not being followed

All that having ?been said enjoy my contest and correct ones that do not follow rules hugs

Sticking to your rules is always good practice! I've been N/A'd from a contest or two because I missed a simple rule. That just made me triple check them for the next contests I entered! Good morning Shadow :)
