Vee Bdosa
(Click for Poet Info...)

As Ron Wilson, my birth name, I began my writing career in short-story, article, and poetry writing, and early publication ranged from multiple markets from FIELD AND STREAM magazine, a prominent Boston Literary Publication called IN-POSSE REVIEW, a regular contributor to Springfield MO News-Leader OVER THE OZARKS, The Sacramento BEE and Weekender. Most of my early writing was as Ron Wilson, but there have also been nearly a dozen pseudonyms, most of whom I have forgotten without looking back in my scrapbook albums.

Today, if you see the names Ron Wilson, Ron Wilson Arbuthnot, Ron Arbuthnot, or Vee Bdosa the Doylestown Poet, they are all me. My second book of poetry, LOVE POETRY by Vee Bdosa,  was awarded the (coveted) honor of EDITORS CHOICE by the Editors. However, only a few hundred are in existence now as I have stopped publication in order to re-write all of my poetry under my ancestral name of RON ARBUTHNOT. I also have written over 300 songs, and am in the process or doing new recordings of all of them and a lot of audio-video of my selected poetry. Much of it, the early, the new, the good, the better, and the best, can be found at YOUTUBE and searching for Vee Bdosa. More later.

Ask your Doctors?

Blog Posted by Vee Bdosa: 1/29/2016 12:56:00 PM

Over the years of a few dozen doctors relationships, I have come to some conclusions, the first one being that I have seen no Doctor that is one bit smarter than any nutritionist. That is really bad news I thinhk. It is obvious that if you are not terribly sick or stricken with some horrible disease and need tons of prescriptions medications, then you need to see a doctor and find out what is wrong with you.

It appears that everything has sugar in it, and the FDA guidelines last week were reccommended 4-6 Grams of sugar daily. My golly, I get more than that just with a quarter of a twinky. Is there anything we can eat that does not contain more than that much sugar other than a Cheerikos boxtop?  Is it worth it to deprive oneself with all of the joys of food we love just to add 304 weeks of life, probably in agony anyway, to our lives?

The best answers to any questions I have ever been able to get out of any doctor about literraly anythng is, "I I don't know for sure.." or "I thnk that might be part of it..." and a common answer to some questions is always "There is no evidence tosupport this conclusion..." So they order more tests, to rule out their suspicions, and 6 weeks later the only answer they have is, "this test result is inconclusive..."

I was at the p;oint of hating, even fearing all food. I was afraid to eat anything for a long time, I lost weight, too much weight, and their statins sorta stripped the protective covering of the nerves in my feet, and none of them would admit to it until they were backed into the corner. And one more thing, if you are someone who has not sued a doctor yet, then you are not taking all of the medication the way they have told you to. Every lawyer knows that.

Michael tor, I believe is on to somethng I have believed for a while, that a lot of this must be a form of population control. It is also designed to get everyone into Doctor's vice grips and pharmaceutical addiction, and at least twice a month to your local pharmacy. The key is addiction, and that key is unlocked by repetition of all of the above, over and over and over. It never ends, and if the prescription meds do not kill you, then they will just create more side effects that will get you going back for more. They are making life unbearable for all of us.

So True Vee. Those behind it all are the Illuminati. You are so right. Check out Alex Jones on population control and harmful foods.

Can of coke has sometimes 68 grams of sugar divide by 4 gives you how many teaspoons which is 17 in each can which means diabetes. Your sugar is fructose which is a GMO product full of mercury and pesticides that cause cancer. Canola oil and Soy are in almost all foods. Also GMO and cancer causing. Your water tap, has fluoride which incidentally is rat poison and chlorine another cancer causing agent. Stay away from processed foods. Grow your own vegetables, or try and buy organic and do lots and lots of research on what is on the product label. For instance in your ice cream the additive carrageenan causes cancer and is used to deice airplanes that have ice on them. Its population control

Agreed about the flour products and processed foods, my great sins are 2 dunkin donuts for breakfast, have less sugar and less carbs than a small farm breakfast, then limit sugar and desserts, which I have never had. Quit smoking when cigarettes passed 6.00 $s a carton, how many years is that? Wayyyyy back. But my great passion, and sleep aid when my restless poetacious mind keeps me awake, is 8 ounces of REAL WHOLE MILK not white water, and 8 - 10 saltine crackers. Go to sleep within minutes. Works every time. Thanks everyone.

I love this topic and have lots of info on how to eat correctly. Basically, the key thing is to stop eating products made with white flour and then avoid eating stuff with corn syrup in it. If one tries to cut way down on processed foods and takes out the products that have been sprayed with bad chemicals, they will improve their health. It worked for me just doing it this year. I eat sugar in moderation. I try to eat natural foods but of course one can't always do that. Lots of brown rice, organic meats, low carb or gluten free tortillas and breads, etc. I am O blood type, and this is what works for that type! (and eating very little dairy as well) But eggs are ok!!

Interesting blog... It is so difficult to know what to believe these days - they seem to change the goalposts so frequently - I go by everything in moderation and I'll live with the consequences and I take no medication so no litigation will ensue. I am concerned regarding the latest guidelines for sugar and they now have 'apps' to calculate the sugar content of products. I've seen kids as young as 11 with anorexia so it is a worry. We are lucky in our village we have a family doctor's practice and we do tend to get a good service from them:-) hugs Jan xx

It is my belief that in today's fast paced world, with the use of immediate care clinics, and not many people having a "true" family doctor, that many physicians have become reactionary. Only treating symptoms and not searching for the root of problems.... Have all the sugar you want. There will likely be a "pill" to take for that coming to a Walgreens near you.
