Amazing news !!!

After a long frustrating time I'm delirious to say that I have a book published. It has a dark red cover with a silver ribbon edging around it and the title is "POLISHED STONES". It has 176 pages and you can see what it looks like at - authorhouse .com - just type in the title and my name and it will come up.

I had to tell you about this because, it is all of you who have made it possible. Your encouragement and comments since I became a member have given me the impetus I needed write after what was a lengthly illness. Your friendship is and has been precious to me since joining Soup and I need to thank each one from my heart for your support.

dear liz. thanks for the intrest in my work. i read your bio and i see that we have something in common and that is a lot of pain. a lot of my poetry comes from that but i have to say that the best of it comes from good teachers and good parents. but most of all good poetry. the old stuff but the new stuff, such as that that you produce. i take from it as well. i'll be looking for your book in the near future. and hope that your looking into my past won't depress you.

A big congratulations to you, Elizabeth. I went to see how it looked. It looks very pretty all in red!! Great title too. I have a poem entitled "polishing stones!" so we both enjoy that metaphor for our poetry. LUv, Andrea
