Crown the Prince

Crown the prince

As the crowds gathered to pay heed
The Titans of Heaven were bothered
The rule of law was never engaged so badly
Surely it could not be Just

The Son of Man steps up, as men chain him in dismay
Shaming Him for their sin, as if he was one in Guilty
With pride he carries their indignity
To save them even when their minds are in pits of Sin

Such power, such Grace, such as Royalty is this Lad
Step up oh Prince of Mercy, let your pledge for many be known
Let all those who saw a carpenter step up and give praise to you
Truthfully they sin would finish them, but here you save them

Enticing all creation with the power you wield
Oh surely you are a Prince
One with the father in Dominion and Graciousness
Lets now Crown you the Prince
