Valentine Gift
A
Single
Rose
Exchanged for
A
Whole
Season
Dating
The bird has long arrived
For the rendezvous
But where is the wind?
Missing
The very idea of you
Tangoing afar
As in an entanglement
With that of me
Beating tranquility
Of two rainbow-like hearts
Hung in the sky, crying aloud
In one and the same muted voice:
I miss you
From Another World
I don’t know your name
Nor will I have any idea about
Your age, your family, your work
Your daily routine or idiosyncrasy
But I will remember the muted music
Of your breath, the smell of your spirit
Especially your serene looks and posture
O how can I ever forget you did not even
Turn your head to look at me beside you
But for the meeting, the three trillion cells
In my body have been beseeching so many
Different stars in the parallel universe
To arrange for us to see each other
Here and now, though only once in this lifetime

I kissed your morning
With mine, and held
Your night closely with mine too
Between your spring and autumn
I lay my summer
Deep in winter
From your January through February
To your March, I wrap your April and May
With my June and July
Within your August
I use my September or October
To caress both your November and December
And right from your moment
I suck my whole year
