The girl who ran away
She wanted to escape her life
Needed a break
From what she is dealing with
Too much heartache for one girl
One heartbreak after another
And another
Couldn’t handle one more
One more would push her
Over the edge
She’s been there before
Doesn’t want to go back
Been trying to avoid it ever since
One more heartbreak
She would run
Run away from the world
She had one more
Se knew what she wanted to do
So she did it
Got ready and ran
But with a bottle of pills and a box of blades.
