Oh, the Many Things I Do

Oh, the many things I do
All of them for the sake of school
I work myself down to the bone
Just to carry three books alone
My bag weighs over twenty pounds
And that's without half of my stuff
My back is being completely crushed
On top of that, I have so much to do
So many notes that I must take
So many hours I must waste
I cannot sleep nor can I eat
And this is only the first week
I do all this for a simple reason
And that is to make me seasoned
To get me ready for college soon
And to pave the way to school
Without these classes, I will lose
Any advantage I would have been able to choose
All of this, the things I do
All of them are built for school

Ughhh!! The woes of school are many but rewards are worth it. Just keep telling yourself that and in the meantime hopefully find someone to carry those books for ya. ;)
