Luck Luck Luck

Luck, what is Luck anyway?
Is it a thing or a myth?
How to get it? Grab it ?
Why can't it stay forever?

Luck doesn't fall down like rain
Or grow and rotten like trees
It comes once in a while
And ditch its home whenever it want.

So isn't luck a bad thing?
Inferior to human as they suffer from day to night
As ironic as it seems
Most people still need Luck.

I like it how you take this word in your hand, and observe it from all sides. Great first poem for PoetrySoup. Welcome :)
