When we said goodbye
I asked myself
Why
That's when it came to me
I'd rather be high 
Now when I think about it
I start to feel some regret
Then I asked myself
Why
That's when it came to me
I'd rather be high 
Escape from my mind
Cloud in my head
Emotionally dead 
Always goin thru  
Then I asked myself
Why 
That's when it came to me
I'd in rather be high
