Shattered Life
Twisted heart.
Shattered dreams.
Emotions filled with sorrow... all
thrown into an endless hole.
A darkened soul, forever gone and
love forever lost inside an
unfeeling heart.
Love taken away one day, never
again regained.
A heart alone in a world of
sadness.
In a world in which I had loved,
and been loved in return.
Never again to regain conciousness
of who I was or where I was headed.
Alone in darkness, I search for a new
life.
Anything that will take me away
from the pain of rejection.
The ruin of my life, the end of
my suffering.
The confusion all gone, and the
wondering ceased.
The world gone silent, and the music
stops.
The world stops, as in a state of
shock.
Other lives go on, as I am alone
in death.
An eternity in a shattered life.
