Never Ask You For More

You've changed my life in every
way.
You've made me so happy.
Never have I been treated with
so much respect.
You treat me as though I am a queen
or a goddess.
I could never ask you for more.
You do anything and everything in the
world for me.

I sometimes wonder if I deserve
such a man.
And sometimes think you deserve
much better.
But you can't replace love with the snap
of a finger.
Every time I hurt you, it's like receiving
a punch in the stomach.
I love you more than anything
else.
I could never ask you for more.

I realize we have a bond you
and I.
A bond nobody could destroy.
I will never stop loving you.
I could never ask you for more.

How do I begin to tell you how
I feel about you?
How do I make you see?
I want you to see inside my feelings, 
break past my emotions
I want you to feel whats inside
my heart.
I hope for you to return the same feelings.

To feel my heart skip a beat
when you speak.
To feel the happiness I feel when
I see you.
The anticipation of wanting to see you
all the time, every day, every minute.
The ache of wanting you to hold me, and
to love me as well.

But how do you make someone love 
you? 
Someone who has love for another.
Someone who only sees you as a 
mere friend.
Turns to you, only when in need of
advice.
To think of you, only there when needed.
Never seeing you otherwise.

But I pray for that glimmer of 
hope.
In maybe that some day you wil see
me as a person to love in your life.
As maybe the one girl that has meaning
what-so-ever.
I hope one day will se me as the 
love of your life.
I love you.

Shattered Life

Twisted heart.
Shattered dreams.
Emotions filled with sorrow... all
thrown into an endless hole.
A darkened soul, forever gone and
love forever lost inside an
unfeeling heart.

Love taken away one day, never
again regained.
A heart alone in a world of
sadness.
In a world in which I had loved,
and been loved in return.
Never again to regain conciousness
of who I was or where I was headed.

Alone in darkness, I search for a new
life.
Anything that will take me away
from the pain of rejection.
The ruin of my life, the end of 
my suffering.
The confusion all gone, and the
wondering ceased.

The world gone silent, and the music
stops.
The world stops, as in a state of
shock.
Other lives go on, as I am alone
in death.
An eternity in a shattered life.

Life Too Short

We shared so much in life... we
were like one.
You were my best friend in the entire
world.... I loved you greatly.
We were more than most people
could handle.
No matter what we stuck together.
Through thick and thin.... we backed each
other up, when others would have given up.
We were enseperable in thought....
and in spirit.

But our time together was cut
short.
We had many more great times
together.
I let my thoughts cloud my better
judgement the night I left you.
But no matter what.... I will
always be in your thoughts.
I will always watch over you and 
never leave my guard.
Just remember Eric.... you must be
strong and know that where ever I
am.... I will always love you.

Please be strong and remember all 
our good times.... I am forever with
you.... in your heart and soul.

Your Love

Today, as one you start your journey
through life together.
Although this journey can be a rough
one, you will endure and triumph.
As with everything else in life, it
will have it's ups and downs, just remember
to be strong.
Strength and confidence will help you
get through it all.
You have the power to make all of 
your dreams come true.

Every day as your love for each other grows,
your life will bloom.
And every year will be a new chapter of
memories for you to pass on.
Memories made will be with you always
and forever.
They will forever be in your hearts.

Knowing how much in love you 
are I know how happy you will be.
You have the lasting love that lasts
forever.
Just remember to cherish every
moment together.

If I Could

If I could I would give you 
the world.
Everything you ever wanted...
you would have.
You would never want for anything
for the rest of your life.
You would always be happy...
and respected.

If I could I would promise you any
promise that I could make.
I would promise that I could be the
old me.... the me you fell in love with.
Someone whom never complains
or whines.

If I could I would tell you our life together
would be perfect.... but nothing ever is.
But I do love you with every beat of my
heart.... and I can promise you that will
never change.
