My Dead Sould

I waited for you.
Patiently I stayed.
My soul was filled by the gleam in you eye and
my face was powdered by the dust from you skin.
I knew you.
Every breath from you lungs filled my thoughts.
And all that you desired was the way of my heart.
I waited for this.
This that stole all that was mine.
My soul controlled.
My skin neglected with dust.
My thoughts so filled with breath that my lungs were left with none.
The very heart that was mine, was left with not one desire of its own.
Who are you?
Who are you to kill me?
Why have I waited?
Why did I stay?
My heart is left broken and I do not know how to love.
And my soul, you left it here to die.
