I was always down when you were around
I was too much of a fool
To realize I was in love with you
You made me smile at the craziest times
Then I knew I would be fine
The way you looked into my eyes made me want to cry
You made my worries disappear whenever you were near
You were always in my head
I knew I'd never be mislead
I love you & I will never let go
You were always near when I needed an ear
You've hurt me & loved me in so many ways
We would laugh & fight
But somehow I knew everything would be al right
The way you held me in your arms
made me feel safe from harm
I knew I could trust you cause our love is true
I was in love with you.
