The poem(s) are below...

You

Goose bumps all over
Lips numbing
Hands become clammy
Legs like jelly
Butterflies in my belly...I see you

My face is flushed
I can't stop shaking
My hands are warm
And my tongue is paralyzed
I can't function...You say hi

Nerves are wrecking
My cheeks are hot
My insides are tied in a knot...You give me a hug

A big grin on my face
The moment replaying in my mind
I want to faint...You say goodbye

The goose bumps are gone
My face has regained color
My nerves are calmed
But my smile is still there...I say goodbye back
