When we finally feel emotionally attached to someone, we tell them we LOVE them
When you finally truly LOVE someone, even the smallest of their hurtful words can pierce a wound in your heart
But what is LOVE?
Is LOVE a feeling we only feel romantically?
Is it a feeling we feel platonically?
Is it a feeling we feel with our friends?
Our family, or our person?
LOVE is usually something that makes people feel joyous
It makes them see the sunlight
It makes them hear the church bell
It makes them glow from within, feeling like a gem
Then why is LOVE making me sad, why is it making me hate everyone, including my best friends
Why is it making me see the darkness in the moonlight?
Why is it making me feel the fires from hell?
Why is it making me hate myself, why don’t I feel like them?
LOVE: the feeling you feel with someone that makes you happy
What is LOVE?
Is LOVE the feeling when you see someone you want to keep with you for the rest of your life?
Or is LOVE a commitment or a friendship?
LOVE: the feeling that gives someone the power to change you
LOVE is the feeling when you finally start caring, when words can wound, looks can kill, and people can change.
LOVE doesn’t always have to be rainbows and sparkles.
LOVE: an intense feeling of deep affection
Who ever said that LOVE was the color of candy apple red, what if it truly is the color of old, dry blood?
LOVE: something you can only feel with people that can hurt you
