My Honest Poem

I come from February 17th
I’ve always been a shy kid who’s clingy
I usually ask for help
People tell me I’m loud where I shouldn’t be
I hate math
I have an ongoing fear of what someone might do to me
And I’ve been on my own for as long as I can remember
To be honest, simple things are enough
I’m not a competitive person
I’m most likely thrown into uncomfortable situations
I have this weird obsession with seahorses
I don’t know what my favorite color is
I never know how awkward I’m being until I start to laugh
I enjoy writing, gazing at the moon, and above all, listening to music
I always seem to run away before people think to push me away
I think because it’s safer than rejection
You know I wonder what I’d say about me if I saw myself
I don’t know what to say half the time
Hi, my name is Savannah
I’m not so good at introducing myself
I like to swim, a lot
And I seem to drown in my puzzling woe all the time
