Dear God...

Dear God:
So much for his philosophies!
Sick, and tired of his apologies!
All we ever seem to do is fight!
We can't even compromise to make things right!
Dear God,
When will he stop inflicting his first degree burns?
Just when will he finally realize and learn?
That fighting isn't the solution to mending things,
But ultimately only brings
feelings that are cold and aloof!
Evidently, he and I are the idealistic proof!
Every strategy has been applied,
just what else haven't I tried?
