If I Were a Boy

If I were a boy
I wonder if I could cry.
Every emotion would have been a burden
How to live, how to die.

If I were a boy
I wonder if I could express myself
So much would have been kept inside

If I were a boy
I wonder if I could give myself a break
To fulfill everyone's expectations
And not even a single mistake.

If I were a boy
I wonder if I could lie
That yes I'm always fine
Without a single tear in my eye.

If I were a boy
I wonder if I could resist 'all men are the sale
What to say, what not to say
Everything depended on my name.

If I were boy
I wonder if I could run with this much speed
I would surely said everything and felt light
And just just be a human indeed.
