Bad Dreams

It was love at first sight, looks can be deceiving, when you put up a fight, the other person starts dreaming,
You’ve got to be strong, you don’t know what your getting into, should’ve known it all along, dad always said he’s got to be right for you,
I said to myself are you good enough for me, had my suspicions but I was to blind to see, young girl in love why you so mad at me, look what Ive done for you Look what you did to me,
We were laying in bed, you were stroking my head,
I Pushed you away but you pushed me instead, hands around my throat like you wanted me dead,
Young girl terrified, who are you are you satisfied, I did anything I could I’d always try, your anger got so bad I almost died,
Left bare boned stripped of my worth, I went through a lot of pain but this is the worst, I laid in my bed I cried and I cried, I didn’t know why you were so empty inside,
Nothing can change the past, everything happened too fast, trying to stay strong I’d wear a mask, why’d you kick me when I’m down may I ask?
After saying goodbye I saw you again, it’s the last time you’ll cause me more pain, your a disgrace to the human race so lame, I hope I never see you again,
Your a bully in disguise, now it’s you I despise, no more of the stupid lies, no more laying in bed with silent cries,
I’m stronger now moving onward in life, take a look around what you’ve lost oh my! I’m staying away from people that lie, I’m getting better now so watch me fly!!!!
