Time
They say time is all healing,
And in some ways it is.
Time takes away all hurt, all pain, all feelings.
But what it doesn't erase is the memories.
You may forget about it,
But it's always there, lurking in your subconscious, waiting.
It may be a week, a month, a year, or even a lifetime from now,
But that memory will still be there.
It may show up in a dream, or randomly pop up inside your brain,
Time can't take away the memories that linger......
