Reward is his name
the bird that flies
Hope is his name
the bird that cries
The air is bitter brisk and bleak
Reward stays home in the highest nest
the ground freezes over, his branches creak
Reward stays home. He knows best
The air is bitter brisk and bleak
Hope soars the sky seeking his needs
round through the mountain over the peak
Hope found his home, where his happiness breeds
Reward was his name
the bird that died.
Hope is his name
the bird of success and pride
