Someone Special
Born as babes, we become adults
We make mistakes and develop faults
New trials face us each day
We seem to always go the wrong way
The easiest way is to die
So people have thoughts of suicide
They later pray for more time
When someone special enters their life
I always thank God that I've got you
With your support, I've made it through
We've had our share of rough times
Yet we've managed to get by
I'm glad that you've been here for me
You are truly the answer to my dreams
I love you in every possible way
Our love only grows each passing day
Thank you for standing beside me
I know it hasn't been easy
Thank you for dwelling in my heart
I know we'll never be apart
