Merly Coloma Poem
She always comes wearing a sweet smile
Though I listen to her for awhile
She makes me discover a lot
Teaching me is what she’s all got
Kind, loving, caring and patient
In school she stands as my parent
Tries to give me the best lesson
So I become a good person
She loves me and I love her
Like mom she is always there
To enlighten me and to guide
She’s also raising me with pride

Merly Coloma Poem
Every child in school owns a pencil
Used for bringing out a writing skill
It always goes with the sharpener
So it writes clearly on a paper
Sometimes it styles in many colors
Also smells in different flavors
In school it is very important
Need to have this not only for want

Merly Coloma Poem
In here I can go around
A place of freedom abound
In here it really makes sense
Playing makes a difference
In here I am free to play
Brings joy that no one can pay
In here I enjoy to see
Most children seem want to flee

Merly Coloma Poem
A lunchbox full of healthy food
Prepared by mom, she made it good
Cold, hard but sometimes delicious
For me who is always precious
When left untouched mom would get mad
Worried for my health to be bad
Told me to bring it back home empty
Mom wants me to be strong and hefty

Merly Coloma Poem
Schoolbag in blue, pink and white
Big, small, heavy, wide and light
As long as it keeps stuffs inside
Want to put it at hand beside
Love to carry this everywhere I go
For all reasons I do not want to throw
At all times it helps me much
Protecting my things from scratch

Merly Coloma Poem
To be in school is every child’s dream
Like a duck who wants to be in stream
Just wearing a complete uniform
Feels like I’m a creature of new form
Terrific, so exciting and cool
That’s what I feel when I am in school
Looking forward to play with my friends
Scared of teachers’ test that’s hard and blends
Far from home it really makes me grow
Joyful that I am starting to glow
To Mighty God I am so thankful
For my school life is so colorful

Merly Coloma Poem
I’ve got much pressure when I entered the office
On my first day of work it’s really hard to please
To bring accord is part of my job depiction
Got to do this as part of team’s expectation
Colleagues have their own personal differences
Should cope so I’ll not be broken into pieces
How blessed I am to have such kind of officemates
I feel like I belong and one of the teammates
Thanks God for the love, peace strength, guidance and wisdom
Able to do my job as there’s no cause to boredom

Merly Coloma Poem
Garbage is usually found everywhere
Others just want to throw it anywhere
Others try to have clean environment
They go with the rules of waste management
But others have found life in the garbage
Because there are things that they can salvage
Old stuffs like utensils, clothes, bags, and shoes
For others who found them, they’re so precious
The garbage that we want to throw away
Would make others’ lives happy all the way
How superbly our world is created
What we don’t need is what others wanted
Just keep on throwing garbage with a hope
That many lives would be spared to some scope

Merly Coloma Poem
In her womb I was conceived
Love and care I have received
Shared some air for me to breath
Protection in her beneath
Waited for me with her might
Praying for me day and night
To come out well and complete
Brace herself for tests to beat
When she has given me birth
She was joyful on all earth
She gave me a special name
She felt she was getting fame
I cannot thank her enough
Knowing what she’s done is tough
But I love her very much
Wish she’s here for me to touch

Merly Coloma Poem
Each of us has his own seat
Leaning on the table so neat
Must listen to the speaker
For us to become better
One speaker speaks so lively
The other one is groovy
But we must make it through the end
We are not here to pretend
We’re thankful for such a chance
Got skills we need to enhance
