The Feeling of Terror

Stop the screaming I'm hearing in my house

Stop the sobs coming from my mouth

The tears that were once happy are sad

All because someone got him mad

I can't run from the terror

Cause it will only make his anger less rarer

What am I suppose to do to get away from the pain

All of this only makes me wish for me to be sane

Pretend that the tears aren't real

Pretend that my heart is fully healed

But I'll just keep crying

And maybe one day my life won't be so horrifying
