Upon a Beach

Sand beneath my feet
A childhood remembered
with a breeze so sweet

Claimed

Death,
Called to me… before
Life,
…Ever had a chance

And..

…Left its mark on me.
Claiming my soul as its own
Snuffing that glorious spark
That never grew.

Leaving nothing left
For this world
But a hollow vessel
That this world
Has filled with sorrow.

Clips and Phrases

I feel caged.
From all angles, i'm imprisoned.
Boxed in, everywhere i turn, i just seem to be Charging at walls.
Sad part.
I'm used to it.
Numb.
But still i resist.
Always tryin to break free.
But can't.
I want to shed my skin.
Be everywhere and everything all at once.
To love.
To be loved.
I want to dive deep into the abyss, and conquer my demons.
To put an end to the constant war within me.
To embrace myself with Reverence and love.
Be able to face my own reflection.

If You Lived Here, You'D Be Home Now

"you had a place in my past,
then life and time happened
and now, you have a place in my present
i wonder
after time and life happens again
will you have a place in my future"
                                                  - A RANDOM THOUGHT, WITH YOU IN MIND

Why

Time after time...
I sit and think...
Thoughts wild in my mind.
Rarely ever making any sense.
A slideshow of my life, runs on fast forward through my head
As a endless range of emotions distorts my mind and evades my heart.
It's a game of twenty questions
Never revealing any answers.
Always leaving me asking... why?

What To Do

by the age of 15,
i knew i had wasted my life.
and by 30, all i knew. . . was, i felt dead.
so, here's to hoping by 45, i might finally feel alive.
