In Between

You ask me if you are good enough
And I tell you that you are
You tell me you are not good as the others
And I tell you that true beauty lies in between
It is neither the mornings nor nights that awes me most, for they never change
Rather the sunsets and sunrises, for their beauty is hard to grasp
It is not the destination I travel to in life that pleasures me, rather the trip to that
destination that glees me
You lie as an enigma I wish to uncover
And that is why I wish with you to discover

No Hope

You are caught in the web of oblivion,
Death surrounds you on all sides,
You run but create no progression,
You remain placid yet death comes nearer and transpires,
Devestating memories quickly flow through your brain as quick as a gasp or air,
They tear your brain into diminutive fragments which will forever remain,
As calm as your are you still aquire this intense pain,
Your body remains without a scratch,
You heart remains in devestation and distraught,
Mind mutated and body paralyzed,
You struggle for the will to survive,
To survive for you and.......

Resilient Star

I once felt as if I was dying
As if I was simply being
But now…at last…time has been quite kind
And has let me grasp all the stars which my heart could find
And with them…feel their light within
So that I…blessed with their radiance…may shine with them
To those lost in a dark icy night
Fear not…for in the sky…we shine our light
So that you may see…that there really lies something out there for you

Mirrored Glass

You smile at me, and you see that I gently smile back

I long to touch your hand and to hold it for all eternity
But there lies a wall between us
A glass wall which you can never penetrate
Because you do not even know it exists
And even if you did, you would never know how to get to me

I smile at you, and you easily smile back

I wish you could feel this suffering I feel inside of me
I wish you could save me from this perpetual hell
But you can’t
You can’t rescue me from this prison of mine
Because …

I cry, and you simply smile back
