Kim M. Poem
by: Kim H. M.
I’m tired of people saying,
You’re just one person,
You can’t change the world.
I’m tired of them telling you,
You’re too small to do anything.
I’m tired of them telling lies like that,
There not true.
They don’t know you.
They don’t know what you’re worth.
They don’t know what you can do.
The world can only see half of you.
It’s up to you,
To show them the other half.
It’s up too you,
To let them go on.
To show them they’re wrong,
And to live up to who you’re supposed to be.
Because you can be someone great.
I make it my goal in life to help people know that
their important.
There are people in this world who believe that the
world
would go on just fine with out them. Some believe
that they
can't make a difference in this world. I want to
show them,
tell them, that, they can make a difference, that
they are important,
that they can follow their dreams. Think of your
faviorte band,
where did they start out? In the garage, or in their
room, for most
of them. Think of the President, where did he start
out? Highschool, collage,
and look where he is now. So many people that
are in the history books,
started out with nothing. George Washington lead
the Revolutionary Army,
he lost most of his battles, and he easily could
have given up, but he didn't.
Instead he kept going, he won the war, America
has won freedom, and he,
became the 1st President. The men who fought in
that war were just as important,
the war could NOT have been won with out them,
America, would not have freedom,
without them. And most of them were farmers,
who didnt know how to fight.
You are important, no matter what you think. You
do make a difference,
and I hope you know that.

Kim M. Poem
By: Kim H. M.
Smile, you are you.
Smile, you are great.
Smile, to lighten your day.
Smile, to show you care.
Smile, so the world can see,
The great friend you are to me.
I wrote this poem for all of my friends. Some
people don't know how they have helped me in life.
Some people don't think that they are important, or loved.
I wrote this poem to show them that even with a smile,
they do so much for me and others, more than they know.

Kim M. Poem
By: Kim H. M.
Across the land they
marched,
Over the sea they sailed.
Fighting for freedom,
Fighting with a cause,
Fighting hard they fought.
Many were killed,
Many were injured.
They fought for freedom,
They fought with a cause,
Fighting hard they fought.
Families were separated,
Friends were lost,
People died!
For this cause.
Fighting for freedom,
Fighting with a cause,
Fighting hard they fought.
Now we remember,
Their brave deeds.
Of how they,
Fought for freedom,
Fought with a cause,
Fighting hard they fought.
I hope that all of you liked this
poem, some times I think
people can take advantage of
our troops. They who bravely
risk their lives for us. So I
wrote this in honor for them.

Kim M. Poem
By: Kim H. M.
Friends may not be for life,
They may just be there for a year or two,
For life or not,
It's still the same reason,
Their there for you.
Each plays a special role in your life,
Happiness or heartbreak,
Some you might not trust.
All teach you something new.
Value your friendship,
Be there for them.
Show them your there,
And that you care.
Never let them fall through.
Friends might not be there forever,
But their here now.
Make every moment last,
And they'll be there for you.
I've had a lot of friends in my life,
each one different, but each one important.
Few of them could I call my best friend(s).
Some were just really good friends. And I've even
had some who would use me, backstab me,
and we're just my friend for a joke. But I've learned
that it is always important to be the best friend you can,
to every one. Even the mean ones, we don't always know,
what their going though, and sometimes, they might not
realize it, but they do need a friend, a true friend.
