Fighting Hard They Fought

By: Kim H. M. Across the land they marched, Over the sea they sailed. Fighting for freedom, Fighting with a cause, Fighting hard they fought. Many were killed, Many were injured. They fought for freedom, They fought with a cause, Fighting hard they fought. Families were separated, Friends were lost, People died! For this cause. Fighting for freedom, Fighting with a cause, Fighting hard they fought. Now we remember, Their brave deeds. Of how they, Fought for freedom, Fought with a cause, Fighting hard they fought. I hope that all of you liked this poem, some times I think people can take advantage of our troops. They who bravely risk their lives for us. So I wrote this in honor for them.
