Heaven

I fly to Heaven on the back of the most glorious and beautiful beings, an
Angel. Its wings lined with elegant gold and a crown of leaves that wave swiftly in
the air. We soar through the silky white clouds and end at the everlasting resting
place, there to hail the Lord our God. The gates open and I see the most
astonishing place. The gardens have slow, trickling water and animals running
unreservedly and feeding on herbal vegetation. Also, they sip from the fountain of
eternal life. The flowers attract my attention with their breathtaking aroma and the
buckeye tree sprouting its bloom. I suddenly feel a warm familiar breeze brush
across my face, reminding me of a past summer. I walk in my milky white,
contented robe to find a beautiful lagoon with waters so blue and so perfectly
clear like the souls of the people present. I dive into the water and momentarily
emerge. Adjacent to my right a dolphin swims. I grab a hold of its tarsal and go
for a ride. I return to the shore where I stood earlier and laid down in the sand. I
watched the clouds move slowly across the sky. The tide flows in leisurely over
my feet, as if massaging them. The sound of the bird overhead and the water
crashing into the shore put me into a tiring, peaceful mood. I awoke a while later
to the sound of a familiar tune I have heard once before and then I walked with a
friend across the beach talking of everything we discovered about the enchanting
place, and we were joyful that this is where our lives will be spent, in this blissful
place.

Dreaming of a Sunset Like This

We walk down to the wooden front porch looking over the pacific
lake. We sit down on the swing her hand in mine. The sky is as beautiful as she
with its soothing colors of purple, pink, and orange. We sit there snuggled with
the relaxing sound of the water. First gazing at the astonishing sunset, then at the
breathtaking girl. I kiss her on the lips as we listen to the waves brush along the
shore. Our eyes then focus on one another. Her eyes reflected the sunset as she
laid her head on my shoulder. The warm air brushes past my face. She lets out a
sigh and falls sound asleep. I watch her as she sleeps quietly and still. She
carries a scent of a rose and is incredibly beautiful as one. I slowly lay my head
on top of hers, hoping not to wake the sleeping angel, look at the lake’s refection
of the gorgeous sky, then sleep gently to the sound of the water and the smell of
roses with the one I love.

Autumn Evening

The breeze blew through my hair,
Like a bird into the air.
The limbs on the tree sway side to side,
As chipmunk grabs a leaf to hide behind.
Down came the apple of a reddish color,
And two dogs run freely as if brothers.
The air grows cold as it brushes my face,
The light soon dims down at a gentle pace.
If you looked at my eyes, there was no deceiving,
It’s a breathtaking autumn evening.

My Time In Heaven

I’m climbing up these pearl white steps, not knowing where I’m being lead,
but then I look down and see someone lying in bed.

I quickly turn away, but looked once more, and then I trembled and was filled
with horror.

That’s me I came to realize, then someone touched me and gave me a
colossal surprise.

I turned around at once to see what had taken place, but when I did all I saw
was a gentle face.

“Where am I”, I asked him with aspiration. He said you’re in heaven where
love is the expectation.

We walked up the steps together, then we reached the top and he asked me
weather I was happy where I stood or send you elsewhere I could.

I studied his face for only a minute, then I responded “believe me now, for here
is a place I’ll stay, I shall tell you how; I’ll pray for those who your love they doubt,
for when they come their hearts will not be without. I’ll love those I neglected, and
then hopefully they will feel accepted. I will visit the weak in their time of grief and
let those be in their time of peace. I’ll guarantee you this, for in you my god I
strongly believe.

He looked at me and said one thing “I love you so come with me to see your
eternal king.

We walked through a gate with a detail of doves engraved, and then I saw a
sidewalk paved in the words “follow the lord with a strong heart and he will never
go or part.”

As we walked through the holy waters we finally came upon the God, our
father.

I was nervous to say what I had before, but then I thought what’s one more.
Father, I pray for those your love they doubt, for when they come, their hearts will
not be without. I pray for those people I neglected, hopefully then they will be
accepted. I visit the weak in their time of grief and let those be in their time of
peace. I guarantee you this, for in you my God, I strongly believe.

He touched my shoulder and said “my son your faith couldn’t be any golder, for
your love is true, I hope and pray for all those who are like you.

I walked to the green pastures, then the flowers and trees, after that I thought
there’s no place better to be.

The Red Rose

He walked by on his country walk, to see a garden full of leaves and
one red rose nearby a tree. He pondered significantly how this rose could still
exist. Coming back day after day; he truly thought the rose would be diminished.
But to his surprise it still stood without a blemish. The man kept coming as he
would walk by the garden full of leaves to see the flower; nothing touching it, not
even a ray. Years past and the man could not see. A couple more came by freely.
Now the man is truly happy. For he is buried by the tree and the garden is full
again, but not with leaves. Roses gleam in mid day as sunlight hits them as they
sway.
