My Final Wish Before I Go

What I’m feeling is difficult to put into words
It really is very hard to share the pain
I feel in my sad and heavy heart.
I never dreamed when we married that
when it said “until death do us part”
We’d be divided so soon as husband and wife.
I always thought that there was no doubt
that we would grow old together in life.

There is a saying that says "nothing lasts forever".
It seems this includes marriage as well
Especially when you're hit with an obstacle in life
that knocks you when you're not looking on your face.
I couldn't see this coming it took me quite by surprise
I'd contracted something the Doctors couldn't mend
Soon I'd be leaving the man I loved more than life itself
My husband and soul mate, more importantly my friend.

My final wish for you is to find true peace in your heart
When I'm gone remember our happy times together
Let your heart be open for any new love that comes along
If it does grab it with both hands; don't let it slip away
I want you to find a new love with whom to spend your life
Then, if it's meant to be you'll know and have my blessing also
Very soon I hope and pray that you could be asking her some day
Would she do you the honor of of becoming your loving wife.

Longing For Your Touch

My body aches for your loving embrace Your tender lips are sweet to taste When I look into your beautiful face Your eyes like two opals shining bright Gaze back at me and they seem to say I'm yours my darling take me tonight. Just lie there and be still my lady love As I gaze on your beauty from above My body aches to to be one with yours To feel the love of the one I so adore Let me take you now by the open fire Your all I want my hearts desire. I dreamed of this night and now it's here I feel the electricity all around us so near My every fibre tingles as you ease me down I'm yours tonight to take as your own I need you now so we should no longer delay Now that I'm here my love I'll not go away.

Flight of the Seagull

I see you up there flying in the sky of majestic winged one,
your wing span is so wide, you dip your wings now and then
just to see what the wind is doing, Your head lifts up to see,
as your steely eyes look from side to side.
You cannot afford to get it wrong,
or you could fly off course and hit the ground.
You calculate so carefully, but not on paper, like us, not you,
Your head is what you use to think through all the things you have to do.

Your feathers had all been fluffed about,
when you were caught in a nasty gale.
You had thrashed about and it made you shout
as it grabbed your pure white tail.
Now you are soaring up to the sky,
where you're dwarfed by the mighty blue whale.
The people on the ground don't know,
how much stress a seagull goes through.

When you are pushed around by a wind so fierce,
you have to hang on with all your might.
Just to keep yourself from falling from the sky,
during such a hairy scaring flight.
I watch you dive into the sea ,
to catch the fish that want for tea.
You dive in and grab it with your beak,
then wait patiently, for the next to pick.

With a grace and style so neat,
you dive in and claim your delicate feast.
You have to do this very quick,
because a big wave could make you sink.
Your fisherman friend Joe is due,
you know his boat, its painted bright blue.
You watch for his mast as it nears the point,
and as he enters the bay, get into position to wait,
for him to cut up the catch of the day.

Sometimes I wish I could fly away too,
across the oceans you soar over so blue,
I would fly to a place that was away
from the hustle and bustle back home.
I would chase all the other birds there in the sky,
that are also all alone.
You must see many things on your flights,
when you fly over land, sea and shore.
I love to see you soar through the sky,
Until I can' t see you up there anymore.

The Fairies In the Enchanted Garden

This is a story of the fairies so sweet that live and played in my garden so neat out of view from prying eyes they hide playing away they can't be seen by me or you as they frolic and dance all day in the sun picking pretty flowers all day one by one making posies to put in their silken hair to please the Queen of Fairies when she next visits for fun. It is a beautiful place full of wonderful things and it has pretty fairies with gossamer wings . The colors of these shine gold in the sun Everyone of these fairies sparkle flying around and look like sparking gems when they touch the ground. If you' re very quiet and don't make any noise at all then you might see the smallest fairies that live there Tinker Bell and Dew Drop cuddling up behind the tall wall. These little fairies are so scared of us all seeing them there They feel save in their homes here behind this big wall their away from big people because fairies are very small. They can feel protected as they try to stay safe and warm all cuddled up together trying to sleep safely behind their wall. No one even knows that they're homes are there hidden away So if you don't tell anyone that you know they dwell behind there they will live happily and peacefully without ever having a care. If you happen to see this big wall when you walk down the street Where these two little fairies live with the other fairies so cute. Try to remember not to make any loud sounds when you pass by because fairies scare easily and you might make the little ones cry. if you were sleeping and something scary went by,you would cry too. please if you're lucky enough to see Tinker Bell and Dew Drop there walk past softly because they might be asleep right then and don't make noises and wake them up as fairies like you need sleep too.

A Symbol of Our Love

I long to see this love we have blossom daily with each passing day
The beauty of which we can't see but we can feel it all the same
I love it when the sun comes up and the birds sing sweetly too
This rose will be on our bench every day of the year I spend with you.

This bench of love is reserved for us for many years to come
Sitting here now I say to you that I want you for the rest of our lives
The rose is a symbol of all that is pure, our trust, our hope and love
Two hearts shall not be broken when they've been blessed by God above.

I promise you that each year will be better than the one before
A rose I’ll leave on this bench as each year we’re married passes by
I’m always going to be here for you my darling you’re the one I adore
This rose represents the longing in my heart, I want you forevermore.

To show just how much I care I will plant a rose bush here just for you
When I look at our little bench each year and think of how it all began
I'll remember with pride, that eve I proposed and you said “I will marry you”
As I slipped on the ring, you'd tears in your eyes, as the moon came into view.

When times catches up, grey hair sets in, grandchildren running wild at our side
I hope you'll be by my side on our bench with our roses still growing with love
But if you're not with me,It won't be hard to remember that night of my life
When I proposed one beautiful eve, we married and were husband and wife.

Summertime Memories

Memories of a summer time so sweet
Palm trees swaying in a rhythmical beat
Watching waves as they come upon the shore
As a young child I loved to make sandcastles tall.
For windows I’d use the prettiest shells
A piece of driftwood I used for my door
To finish it off a wide moat I would dig deep
The water from my bucket around it I’d poor.

Another summer memory of which I recall
The colourful flowers blooming so tall
Bright red, yellow and pink budding roses
A welcoming sight that summer was here.
I chose pink rose buds and delicate white orchids
A combination of which was a magical sight
Blending so well with my gown of crystal organza
When we married, that warm romantic night.

You'Re the Only One For Me

I love you darling for your devotion and unconditional love

We've had a special relationship since the day we met
I've only to ask for help my dear and you've been there for me
Lying with you everyday you whisper tender words in my ear
Later we'll make love and I'll fall asleep in your loving arms

Lovely romantic gifts such as chocolates, candy and flowers
Over the years you've given me to show how much you care
Valuable than gold are the memories we've shared my love
Evermore to be in my heart and remembered each year from now

You're my sunshine in the morning and my stars at night
Our first kiss is one that I'll remember the rest of my life
Until I met you I didn't know what it meant to be loved

As I walked towards you down the aisle on our Wedding Day
Looking very proud as you stood there in your black suit
Waiting for me to join you at the altar with a smile on your face
As I stood beside you there, together we recited our vows
You and I were now joined as one, as husband and wife
Since that day we've been on a journey side by side for life.

Valentine's Day is very special to us because it was the day that my husband proposed to me as well. It's a time for Lovers.

Friends For Life

I can't tell you how much your friendship means
How dear you are to me
Please always feel free to ask
When you need help to set you free
I can't think what I would do
If you were not a part of my life
I have so much respect for all that you do
I 'd like to think you'd call me if you were in strife.

My dear friend no matter where you go
whatever you do with your life,
Remember I'm the one whose here for you
A friend you can trust and on who you can rely.
You gave me hope and inspiration
You saw me through hardship and pain
You gave the things that I needed most
With you in my life I have so much to gain..

I can't stop thinking about you each day
Or about the help you have given to me
Our friendship is something I'll always hold dear
It is made of our spirits, that are wild and free
Thank you for all the memories we've made
Along life's pathways that we together went along
We sang and we laughed on this journey of friends
Our friendship is special it will always live on.

I Wish You Were Here

I wish you were here with me each day
when the birds announce the arrival of dawn
I wish you were here with me at night
when the stars twinkle and moon shines through
There has never been a time you were not part of my life
My heart feels empty when your not here by my side
Without you here with me my soul knows no rest
It's solemn in the morning and throughout each passing day
I miss you more when daylight slowly fades away.

I appreciate the things that you do more than you know
We need each other like springtime blooms, that grow
In the rain and in the sunshine, all day long.
We've laughed and cried together, through good & bad times
Sometimes now while your away, I get so overwhelmed
It gives me great comfort in knowing this agony will pass
One thought that appeases me, is what I know for sure
You'll take me in your loving arms and I could not ask for more.

I know that even though you are away from me for now
Our love still endures brightly though from afar.
Two hearts bound together, that can't be pulled apart
The journeys we take in our lives, forever to last
Can't be erased just by you're going over there and my love
When you return back to me again one day soon
We'll enjoy lovely sunrises and sunsets once more
So come with me where dreams are born and time is never planned.
Just think of happy things, and your heart will fly on wings,
Forever, in Never Never Land."
