Helen - Wizard Of Words - Peever Poem
Colours of the Rainbow
Purple, Green, Pink, Blue.
Tell me what these mean to you.
Blue, Black, Gold, White.
Remind me of the dark, dark night.
Red, Orange, and Yellow hues.
The colours of my favorite shoes.
Brave, Beautiful, Strong, Precious are these.
Rising on the fresh spring breeze.

there once was a pike they named peter
who wanted to go see a cedar
but a girl came along
with a fishing hook on
and took the fish home just to meet her

Helen - Wizard Of Words - Peever Poem
There once was a dragon named Bob
Who liked to eat corn on the cob
But alas without luck
That great corncob got stuck
The dentist now has a big job

Helen - Wizard Of Words - Peever Poem
Trees and Leaves
Tall, groping giants.
Streching higher with branches.
Bark like rough blanket.
Falling, slowly down.
Looping down to forest floor.
Like crunchy blanket.
From branches to ground.
Shooting up sprouting leaves.
Trees and leaves unite.

Going up the creaking steps.
Closer, closer.
Opening the creepy door.
Closer, closer.
Going too the second floor.
Closer, closer.
Opening the closet door.

Helen - Wizard Of Words - Peever Poem
A duck, a beaver
both swimmers, both fast.
A cardinal, a blue jay
with the feathers that last.
a bulldog, a bear
they both have hair.
A pony, a horse
and maybe a mare?
