Friendship Love

You want them and need them, but they can't see
Because friendship hides passionate chemistry
Maybe it is best if you leave it alone
And not have true feelings be shown
Love conquers all and that is the truth
For you are not forever in youth
Yesterday's lovers do not make good friends
So is it worth the risk in the end?
To lose something that you hold so near and dear
Perhaps it is best to cry joyful friendship tears
Let them love, but be their friend to the end
And wonder to yourself what could have been

Nocturnal Silence

The Sunset faded from orange to red
As the last sunrays from the day are shed
And the warmth of the earth began to die
Until tomorrow when the sun would rise
Now the burning stars illuminate the sky
And the nocturnal creatures begin to fly
Then a moment of silence for all those dead
As every living creature bows their head

Reality

for everything right
there are many things wrong
for every happy song
there are two sad songs
for all the love
there is always hate
some people are bad
and some are great
no matter how much
good you do
people will always
reflect the bad on you
isn't it funny how
timing is always a factor
but it is the one thing
you cant have back from hereafter
