My heart is broken today with news that's rocked the world on death of this beautiful angel
D olly you were earth’s beautiful angel
O h today you’ll be leading heavens choir
L oved you ~ always will love you
L ord you took the best home, reunited with her hubby
Y ou ~ are a legend beyond other legends, your memory lives on
P lease Lord give Dolly a hug from me
A lways will be the poet your music inspired me to be
R eally the world mourns your loss today
T hank you for the music from your poetic heart
O h you fought to the end ~ your faith in your Saviour so strong
N ever has a woman advocated for other woman ~ to go for their dreams
Ending with my message from my heart on this sad day

Lay dreaming on the beach
Listening to the ocean roar
Ecstasy filled my soul with delight
My mind wandered ~
I filled the night's chalice with knots of desire
My heart raced ~ faster
Pulsating beats of rhythm
To the sound of the ocean
Splashing vigorously in my mind
Intense heat filled my body
Dripping with sheer ~ delight
My heart missing beats
I learned how to live unkissed, until ...
That night changed everything
I screamed ~ “Tie me to your Tongue “
Please, please ~ I’m begging now
Passed the stage of no return
Tonight is the night
Desire ~ becomes fire
It’s raining roses and love riots
Oh ! I feel your tongue caress me
I don’t want this to stop
I can take it ~ more~ more
The moon is an honest Manipulator
Brighter the moon shone, hotter I became
Is this a dream ~ or reality ?
I don’t wanna wake up
Feelings of desire, engulf me
Ocean calls me into you
If time turns, will scars stain the sky ?

Kindness breeds Kindness
Gratitude is the attitude
Go out and spread love today
In doing this, world’s a happy place
Hug yourself is the answer
Someone annoys you, don’t get mad
Say “go hug yourself today”
Then your angers turned to joy
Look, our world is hurting
All we need is a little more love
Stop! What you're doing
Yeah, take time for yourself
In nature you’ll be blessed
Look at trees, even hug a tree
I do that, tranquillity fills my soul
Soar like an eagle, be free.

Why did you have to die?

Well Zak I thought you were a gentle soul
So like your Mum, a loner at times
The drug scene got a hold of you
But rehab you wouldn’t go too
You looked a happy little boy
Growing up, been looking at photographs
There was a sweet side to you
I did love you, I did care
I prayed you’d find courage and hope
To kick the pills away
So sad, your gone too soon
Still can’t take it in
I keep thinking why did you have to die?
Nobody got chance to say goodbye
Mayby that’s what you wanted to slip away
No fuss, no conflict, you decided it was time
Or was it a shock to you as it was to us
Didn’t you think this would be your last buzz
I pray your at peace now in your head
Rest, pretty boy lay down your sweet head

Miracles happen when you believe
Just stretch your mind, don't doubt
Go for your Dreams today
At your fingertips, within your grasp
Only you can turn them to reality
Stand strong, keep believing
Reach beyond the stars
It's not impossible
Climb higher, swim faster
Walk more, appreciate nature
Come on rise out of your slumber
Shake off insecurities
Set achievable goals
Be grateful for something daily
Then you can and will accomplish anything.

Star the magical Unicorn
Im Star not your usual family pet
I don’t live in house, zoo
Im free as a bird in flight
I live in the beautiful magical forest
Amoung nature is best
Rainbows, sparkles everywhere I go
I bring you peace, love, joy great delight
Some people don’t believe I am real
But come visit the magical forest
I show you around , then you’ll believe
Fairies are my best friends
They fly around me giggling all day
Come on ~ come visit me
You’ll be entrapped in tranquility
Think you’ll stay forever with me
In my magical forest

My ice blue eyes
Ice blue eyes ~ gaze lovingly at you
Radiating ~ joy to all I see
My motto ~” show kindness to all”
A smile chases all the blues away
Blue butterfly ~ flutters by
Such beauty to behold
I love nature, wildflowers, trees,birds,bees
All radiate God’s love
Stop what your doing ~ smell the roses
Be thankful to be alive
You are enough my friend
The world a better place because your in it.
Put on your coat or hoodie like me
Let’s go a walk in beauty that surrounds us

My life was a mess
Many years ago
Weight pilled on
Due to all the abuse
Sexual, physical, mental too
I experienced it all
Happened from I was a child
So, very long ago now
As many said to me throughout my life
Times a healer, wait and see
Many years of depression I knew
So many nights feeling so sad
So very blue, unhappy little me
Screaming from deep within my soul
Longing for the day to be made whole
Will it come; will I be free to be me
These were the thoughts I pondered
Night after night
Two failed marriages why?
Was searching to be loved
A way of escape
Caused a web of trapped entanglement
Broken relationships ruled by fear
Cruelty again, abuse, hurt, pain
Turmoil, torture in my head
My heart was smashed a million times
Yet, I can still show love
Went through my life ups, many downs
Controlled by everyone, except me
For years my health deteriorated
Spiralling down, labels attached
Anxiety, depression, diabetes, fibromyalgia ADHD
Pump up the meds they’ll help, doctor said
Did they hell they made me worse
Felt like a zombie unable to cope
Like sleeping beauty in a trance again
Suddenly, I woke up, a light switched on
I thought clearly for the first time in my life
I’m coming out of the trap of my web
Changing my life in every sphere
I’m in my sixties, my dreams can come true
No longer will I continue to feel blue
It’s happened, off all my pain meds
Kicking sugar now, carbs too is best
Some people don’t agree with me
But hey it is my life, way sick of my mess
Creative writing is what I do best
Write, write I sure will now
This is my time
My best is yet to be
I know I believe in me
My weights fell off stone after stone
I feel like a new person reborn
I’m going for gold, not silver or bronze
All the way forward I will run
With a mission to help everyone
You can break free
You have the choice
To stay as you are
Or soar on eagles’ wings
Fly in new directions
You have the power within you
To change like me, or stay trapped
Forever feeling helpless, alone, sad, blue
Make up your mind
Don’t leave it another day
You’ll never regret coming out of your trap
New confidence, strength, happiness, love
Will be your guide and map
Go for your dreams, make it your destiny
It’s up to you, what will it be?
Come on go for gold today, aim for your best
It’s achievable, give it all you got
Problems don’t go, life gets tough
I’m spreading my wings, I’m gonna fly
Soar to new heights, get my rewards
Fight, fight, never quit
This is my time, I was told today
At the time I needed to hear it
Never saw it like that before
Always put my son before me
Gave him everything I could and more
He’s my pride and joy, my boy
I will not worry, I will not stress
I won’t get into anymore mess
Positive thoughts I will try to think
Always thankful for little things
I believe in miracles
I believe in angels
I believe dreams come true
I believe in you
I believe in me
“In your Write mind” (by Wendy Storer) was the key
Sure, changed my life, a book to behold
The world needs to read it
Too many hurting people out on the street
Needing freedom today
To be who they wanna be!!

R eally it is for me and you
I gaze amoung the stars at night
T he answer we can find
E nveloped in majesty, by Gods mighty hand
N eeding assurance, was it meant to be
I t is our destiny
N eed to grasp it now

Red, yellow, brown and green
All colours will be seen
Love this time of year ~ fill your cup
Hot chocolate, hats , scarfs gloves cosy up
Log fires lite in gardens brings dazzled light
As days get shorter ~ blazing sight
Kicking leaves, roasting chestnuts magic in the air
