Personal Pain and Paths That I have Trod

Personal  pain and paths that I have trod
Through it all you are the rock in which I hide
In you I will always and forever abide
With depths unknown 
As I trust you through green pastures
The place in which I have come to know so well
Running through the fields of laughter
Oh such joy and peace
Oh to walk alongside the saviors blessed feet
Ahhh, the Master comes
Oh how I long for His presence
But somehow I always seem to run
Why I do this? I do not yet know
Yet He always bids me, "come"
The answers to life's questions I do not yet know
I do know the guide in which we all can be restored

One night in March 
She was kneeling down to pray 
She asked the Father to help guide her along the way 
In Jesus she found her haven of rest

Throne of God

Walking by the throne of God
The place where there is peace
There will be no troubles to concern thee
For in Him is all joy and peace
Seeking to behold the master’s face
Oh to taste of Heavens grace
There is a place in my heart where it’s only Jesus
And for that I am blessed


You are Holy, majestic and mighty
With your hands you heal us oh Lord
Removing all blemishes and stains on our garments

Light of God

Let the light of God shine on me
Let the risen Lord of eternity
Sing sweetly, sweetly from his heart to me
Cause I need to hear the voice of God
To direct me for His pathway
Don’t wanna go near sins doorway
Want to stay in that narrow way
I wanna go where my Lord’s presence is
If I am far away from him
I am lost
When I can’t feel his presence 
It is a lonely place to be found
If I loose sight of God in the daily life
Let people or places take thought over him
This is so very wrong and against His word
Lord lead me back to the way we where
Lord please forgive me and wash me clean
Bring the sweet Holy Spirit to please talk to me
I would love to hear your voice again
God I don’t want to go anywhere were you are not present
This is my prayer to you

He understands

People say we don't understand but God understands
People say they are leaving but God never does
The Lord is waiting and listening for you to call upon His name
He understands you better than anyone
He knows more about you than you know about yourself
Just remember this for the rest of your days
That Jesus is right there for you each and everyday

Chains Are Broken

No one knows the depth of pain I’ve endured 
Endured unimaginable hardships
God wishes to use these things
To help other hurting people 
If it will help someone else
Then I will gladly endure
God trusts us with pain and hardships because he knows we will use what we have learned 
To show someone else there is hope, there is a way out. 
Help set the captives free
Jesus was in chains so ours could be broken
He was beaten and mocked and sometimes so are we
He was in prison and so we could be set free from our own prison
Prisons come in many forms, the prison of your mind, the prison of your body and the prison of our soul and a physical prison. 
The chains that bind you must be loosed in Jesus name
God came to set you free
Grab and take a hold of his hand 
He will take you through eternity 
His hand is unchanging and unfailing 
He will never leave your or forsake you
Men may have left you in despair
This is not so with God
For He will always be there

Hello my friend we meet again 
It's been a while
Feels like forever 
When you are with me Lord
I'm free within my heart
You put perfect gift of eternal life 
Salvation through Jesus Christ 
I just want to say thank you again my Lord 
Thank you for your mercy
Your love and forgiveness
Your magnificent grace

Let all the bad memories go
Sorrows and sadness untold
Within  the pages He unfolds
Drowning in the sea of life
No where to run
No where to hide

Take hold of Jesus and find riches untold

I believe

I believe above all others that we are true friends Lord
It brings tears to my eyes when I think about all the things you had to go through
Just so I could be saved and washed with your blood
I am so thankful everyday Jesus Christ of Nazareth

Purge me Lord
Till there’s nothing left but you
To you I will remain true
No more vain pursuit

Oh sweet land of peace
How I long for thee
The place of total ease and release


Amazing grace
Upon the cross Jesus took my place
For every sin He did erase
