Light of God
Let the light of God shine on me
Let the risen Lord of eternity
Sing sweetly, sweetly from his heart to me
Cause I need to hear the voice of God
To direct me for His pathway
Don’t wanna go near sins doorway
Want to stay in that narrow way
I wanna go where my Lord’s presence is
If I am far away from him
I am lost
When I can’t feel his presence
It is a lonely place to be found
If I loose sight of God in the daily life
Let people or places take thought over him
This is so very wrong and against His word
Lord lead me back to the way we where
Lord please forgive me and wash me clean
Bring the sweet Holy Spirit to please talk to me
I would love to hear your voice again
God I don’t want to go anywhere were you are not present
This is my prayer to you
I know you will hear my plea
